Jumpstart Network was founded in 1989 by Executive Director C.P. Titus.
For over 20 years Jumpstart Network has been active in Marin County, feeding the poor, offering ESL classes, tutoring children, providing healthcare, offering counseling services, and more. Jumpstart India supports an orphanage for handicapped children, sponsors micro-businesses, and provides emergency relief among many other activities.
