Jumpstart Network was founded in 1989, as an outreach ministry of Christ Church North Bay, by C.P. Titus and a team of dedicated volunteers. Most recently Jumpstart Network has been incorporated as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Our goal has been to demonstrate God's eternal love through tangible means to the hurting and the helpless.

For over 20 years Jumpstart Network has been active in Marin County, feeding the poor, offering ESL classes, offering counseling services, and more. In addition to this, Jumpstart Network extended its services to other nations like India. In India we provide assistance to organizations which work with orphans and helpless children. Also, we sponsor micro-businesses and partner in providing emergency assistance where needed. Our outreach to the nations is through a network of reliable national leaders and organizations that we have long standing relationships with.
